FlowRonin provides custom Webflow development services — including Figma-to-Webflow builds, CMS setup & architecture, custom codes & plugins, and ongoing support. Scope and deliverables are defined in individual project agreements or proposals.

3. Intellectual Property

All content on this website (logos, text, images, icons, designs) is owned by FlowRonin and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, republish, or use any materials without written consent.

4. Payments & Subscriptions

All pricing is shown transparently on the Pricing page or provided through a custom quote. Subscriptions (e.g., support retainers) are billed monthly. Payment terms and cancellation policies will be clearly stated in the agreement.

5. Confidentiality

Everything you share (files, links, strategy, client info) stays private. We expect the same in return. Neither party will disclose confidential or proprietary information without permission.

6. Liability Limitation

FlowRonin is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. If something goes wrong on your end because of misuse, delay in approval, or third-party platform issues (e.g., Webflow outages), we cannot be held responsible.

7. Termination

You may cancel services at any time. We reserve the right to suspend or end services if there’s abuse, non-payment, or breach of these terms.

8. Potential Changes in Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. You’ll always find the latest version here. If changes are significant, we’ll let you know.
